Hellix AGM Completed

HELLIX VENTURES INC. Annual General Meeting was successfully concluded yesterday March 7, 2006 in Vancouver B.C. Directors for the ensuing year will be:

Frank Underhill
Walter Brenner
John Jenks

All proposed shareholders resolutions were passed by a large majority. Management thanks all those who attended and send in proxies.

Mr. Barry Underhill will be nominated to the Board as an additional Director, subject to regulatory approvals.

Hellix continues to pursue other drilling opportunities in oil and gas, as well as continuing to advance the La Dura silver and gold property in Durango, Mexico.

Hellix Ventures is engaged in the identification, acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties. Hellix has no debt, is financially sound.
